After a busy Summer 💍 I hope to be spending more time on my professional development this coming year. My membership may have renewed automatically, but it is a conscious decision to be a part of this group of Yoga practitioners who are all committed to maintaining standards for both teachers and clients. 🎓

SEPTEMBER! I am sure, like me you have all been finding things to practice balancing on throughout the summer....even on special occasions! But if not, you can join me and get back to it this Autumn. Accessible Yoga begins again next Monday 7th in Caldbeck Village Hall at 10.30 am. A mat based class resumes in Ireby at the Globe Hall on Tuesday 8th at 10am. Get in touch for more details.

UPDATE! It happened to be my annual one legged balance on a paddle board attempt this weekend ...and whilst I did fall in the water, it wasn't as a result of standing on one leg!! I totally thought this would be easy 2 years ago and found it was not (📸 2). This weekend I relied on my paddle for support but found momentarily I didn't need it. 🙌 If you want to improve your balance - come 10 - 11am to The Globe Hall in Ireby on Tuesdays. £8 to drop in.
