We’re VERY excited to launch something a little different this summer…
🎲 The 30-Day Snakes & Ladders Challenge 🐍🪜
A fun, motivating way to stay consistent, build momentum, and win prizes just by showing up!
How it works:
Commencing Monday 22nd June, over the next 30 days, you’ll climb your way across our Snakes & Ladders board by earning moves every time you take part:
✔ Attend a class = move forward 1 space
✔ Attend 3 classes in 1 week = bonus +1 space
✔ Attend a class before 1pm = bonus +1 space
✔ Bring a friend = bonus +1 space
✔ Wear the ankle weights all class = bonus +1 space
But be strategic... you're only allowed 1 OPTIONAL bonus move at a time, so choose wisely!
And beware! Land on a snake and you’ll slide back down!
