Our Gentle Hot Flow classes, led by the wonderful Jill, are designed for anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of hot yoga in a more accessible and supportive environment. Jill has a fantastic way of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and confident, no matter their experience level.
