Friday morning we have our maternity club classes.

10am pole. Even if you have never poled before. This class is great for building and strengthening your muscles.

11am Tabata - high intensity workout for a heart racing and mega strength and cardio workout.

£3 per class or £5 for both 🫶

Our programs are available for life time access.
You can use them as often as you wish.
And are suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Here is what one of our ladies has said who has started the program

"Love the course especially the way it's all broken down and explained. I always need to know why we do things (bit of theory) rather than just accept it and there is a wide variety of interesting topics.
Being dyspraxic I find it hard to focus and organise my mind and the fact that each day comprises of smaller steps is particularly useful.
Plus I can fall asleep to Karas voice... Not sure if that's a positive for her or not but it is for me! xx"

Are you nervous about the birth of your baby?

We will guide you how to breathe, and relax your body and mind.
You will receive a booklet with guidance and also where you can write about your feelings and word changes that really help to reset your mind.

Hypnobirthing course from mid September.

Our course is for groups.
Maximum of 7 per course.

If a course is not your thing we can offer 1:1 for a more intimate and private experience.

What you need to know about hypnobirthing.

When our bodies go into labour our muscles naturally tighten up. With the added stress and fear this makes it worse.
Adding more pain and potential longer birthing.

With hypnobirth we can guide you how to help those muscles more relaxed. To adapt your mindset to help keep calmer and enjoy your birthing experience.

Having a C-section? This can also inflict fear, worry and stress. Again we can support and guide you through this experience to reduce the anxiety and help you enjoy your baby's birth.

Had a bad experience previously?
We will discover a new experience for you and your birthing partner. To make it a positive and enjoyable journey.

Courses are 6 weeks.
From Friday 22nd sept 7pm

Hey 👋
I'm really excited to start teaching maternity club next week.

I started my pre and post natal fitness journey 8 years ago.

I have three boys 19, 16 and 8 years old.

After my third child I was stuck unable to attend classes due to money 💰 and no child care.
So I studied and passed my qualifications and started a mums pole class.
Somewhere mums could bring their children and also be affordable.

Alison has done an amazing job but as things in life happen she needs to put focus on her job.

We will start back next Tues.

You can pay cash if easier.

We had such a good chair yoga session at Ash Tree House Care Home this afternoon.
We all got moving. And loved every minute.
