‘I just want to be able to get results without it taking over my entire life’….
When I had my initial consultation with Meg, something she said just stuck with me.

My goal with any client is to streamline the process and equally get them to a condition that they can SUSTAIN.
I make it as foolproof as physically possible whilst allowing for flexibility along the way.
We set a plan in place for her to follow that complimented her lifestyle.
Being a teacher, we needed to ensure she wasn’t too overwhelmed with work load that it started to affect her work life.
She resistance trains 3 x per week > which is something she never prioritised previously, now she’s really understanding the importance of training hard and getting strong to achieve the ‘toned’ look she’s always wanted.
We set her specific calorie and protein targets and taught her how to enjoy foods she loves whilst reaching her goal.
We are now under 3 months until her wedding day, and I am BUZZING to see the final product.
