After today’s free session, we will be taking bookings for the upcoming 4-week block. Our new theme is visiting magical lands from famous fairy stories. We will fly of a flying carpet with Aladdin, dance with Cinderella, fight dragons, and have tea with the Mad Hatter. Charlotte and I are excited to see new and regular relax kids on Thursday at our free happiness workshop. We have loads of fun games, stretches, massage and breathing techniques exploring happiness. An hour of fun and relaxation. There are still spaces available, so if you are thinking of coming please book your place x
