Most people don’t need a more extreme fitness plan.

They usually need habits that are easier to maintain consistently.

Small changes like:
💧 drinking more water
🚶 moving more throughout the day
😴 improving sleep
🍽 prioritising protein and fibre
can make a much bigger difference than people realise over time.

Fitness doesn’t have to feel all-or-nothing.

Sometimes the most effective approach is simply building habits that realistically fit your life.

Meet Josh and his family!

This May, Josh, his dad Nigel, and his brothers Adam and Connah will be taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdon together in support of two incredible charities close to their hearts: ***deandco and .

They’re doing this in honour of Micheala, while raising awareness and support for those affected by loss through su***de.

Ahead of the climb, some of our Sports Massage students will be providing pre-event massages for the family and team as they prepare for the challenge.

We’ll be following their journey over the coming weeks, and we’re proud to support them.
