Grundy Academy new timetable starting Tuesday 1st September!

6 new classes added to the timetable
Adults no gi now 4 times a week
Adults MMA now 3 times a week
Kids BJJ now 2 times a week
New tech and sparring on Saturdays

You wanted more classes, we delivered!
