Another great week on the mats at Black Dog👏🏼👏🏼

Full classes, best members continuing to show up and out the work in, 13 people graded in judo today with Nigel, all passed and will receive their red belts this week, and our member Chloe with a fantastic result at the Wigan 10k 😍

An all round great week, more of the same this month 😍
