We would like to give a massive shoutout to Conor Yates who competed in the 12-14 year old Castle Games this weekend 👏

He has worked tirelessly with Brent Holland before school at 6am!!! Working super hard to get fitter and stronger. He not only does CrossFit he plays rugby 4 times a week!! 👏 what an inspiration for everyone!

You smashed this weekend, we are all proud of you.

Please note; there is no requirement for a CrossFit certification at this time, we only require a good knowledge of functional fitness movements and the potential to obtain the CrossFit L1 cert in future.
