Three successful weeks of nordic walking in June since restrictions have been lowered.
It’s been such a good fulfilling feeling getting back out there with my customers.
Everyone has enjoyed the exercise and the social interaction.
Social, health and adventure walks, or whatever your walk......remember to follow these six simple rules;
Stand tall
Eyes up
Shoulders back, down and relaxed
Swing arms from shoulders
Maintain a neutral pelvis
Step lightly through heel to toe
