Fitness is important …

… But the people you build it with are more important 🫶🏼

We’ve said it before and we’ll keep saying it … community is everything.

A strong community doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built one conversation, one workout, one high five and one shared challenge at a time.

Thanks to everyone who competed, judged, cheered and helped make The Draft what it was today … we really do have a blast when all the gang get together 🫶🏼😎

We’ll remember the atmosphere … but mostly we’ll remember how hard a few of you sent those bike sprints! 🤢🗑️

Today we officially launched RYZ Youth… and what a great first session it was. 🙌🏻

Over the next six weeks we’ll be running a summer trial, introducing young people aged 11–16 to a coaching environment built around movement, confidence and having fun.

Every session is built around developing the fundamentals learning how to squat, push, pull, jump, land, carry and move well, through games, skill development and teamwork.

The smiles, effort and willingness to learn today reminded us exactly why we wanted to start this program.

A huge thank you to all the parents for trusting us and to all our youth who absolutely crushed it today.

We’re excited to see where this journey takes us.

This test challenges the ability to maintain high work output across repeatable, skill based movement under fatigue.

It’s not about going unbroken early … it’s about finding a sustainable rhythm, managing transitions and keeping movement quality under increasing fatigue.

This test reveals who can combine engine with gymnastics and keep performing as it gets harder.

Move well before you move fast.

Keep your transitions sharp.

Stay smooth when your heart rate climbs.

This isn’t about who can start the fastest.

It’s about finding the hardest pace you can hold.

Too hot, and you’ll pay for it.

Too easy, and you’ll leave time on the table.

Trust your engine.
