Sports Community Club Our bar prices are some of the best in the area and we have a fine varied range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

We are a friendly, thriving members club but you are more than welcome to pop in for a drink and we are always looking to take on new members. We have two fantastic and very challenging bowling greens which are used in different local leagues most nights of the week and the club is steeped in tradition in bowling circles having won multiple team events and been crowned National Champions on more t

han one occasion. However we have many social bowlers who just enjoy a friendly but competitive game also!! We also have a pool table with teams represented in both the Ashton and Orrell Pool Leagues which you are more than welcome to join. The weekend entertainment consists of Bingo, Play Your Cards Right and regular members nights with different themes. Our spacious, clean and very modern looking club has a capacity for 120 people and we are very popular in hosting Christenings, Naming Days, Funerals, Birthday Parties and Meetings. The clubhouse and bowling greens are also available for hire for functions and these prove to be very popular during the summer months. We have an excellent reputation for the first class service we provide with very friendly bar staff too and you won't regret choosing us if you are looking for somewhere to hold your next function. There are many exciting new ventures in the pipeline as we look to take our club forward into the 21st century. Come and pay us a visit, you wont regret it!

From maintaining our bowling greens, supporting bowl and plate, to helping with quiz nights, events and countless other tasks behind the scenes, our volunteers play a vital role in everything we do.

Then on Sunday we’ll be opening from 1.30pm for multiple football games throughout the afternoon.

Don’t forget we still have tickets available for our Llandudno coach trip. Coach leaves Garswood Hall at 9.30 am on Sunday 10th May and departs from Llandudno at 5pm. Tickets still available from behind the bar.
