The people you surround yourself with can impact these things massively. And I’m very grateful for my community recently 🙏🏻
Time to be honest…
Training over the last few months has been s**t (for want of a better word). Working through injuries and not being in the best shape caused me to lose motivation and a lot of the time meaning I wasn’t enjoying my training. But there’s one thing that got me through and has helped me to get back in the right direction. The people close to me 🫡
The JST community has been keeping me moving ever since I started CrossFit 6 years ago. Every person in that gym wants the person next to them to do well. And all whilst having a laugh. Massive props to and for what they’ve managed to build… best gym in the world 🥰
Clients and friends… the coach/client relationship is a special one and it’s why I think it’s the best job in the world. But it’s not a one way street, often those clients are the ones getting me through the tough training days, and it never goes unnoticed
- I literally mean it when I say I couldn’t do what I love without the support she gives me. And I’m extremely grateful 🙏🏻❤️
Surround yourself with people who are energetic and positive, and it will only benefit you 🙌🏻
