☘️ Offload at Pats ☘️

We have an exciting, new opportunity to support the mental wellbeing of men across the Wigan Borough.

In partnership with Rugby League Cares , Wigan St Patricks A.R.L.F.C & Public Health, we are delighted to bring the Offload programme to Wigan.

Offload is a mental fitness training programme that gives simple, proven tools to look after your wellbeing, building resilience.

Since its launch in 2017, Offload has made a positive difference to the mental wellbeing of over 30,000 people across rugby league communities. Researchers at Edge Hill University found that Offload is achieving dramatic success in both changing and saving the lives of participants and providing those involved with a safe space to discuss mental wellbeing.

The programme will be delivered by ex-professional rugby league player and Wigan resident, Bob Beswick, starting on Monday October 20th for 6 weeks at Wigan St Patricks ARLFC.
