Anandair Aerial Fitness Aerial Yoga helps develop strength, flexibility and balance. When you experience aerial yoga you escape the world, safely suspended in a hammock.

Classes are suitable for enthusiasts and beginners alike. There are numerous benefits when you practice Antigravity fitness including:-
