On Saturday the 26th of July we will be hosting a meeting at the Millbrow, Widnes WA86RT.

The aim of the meeting is to put together a committee to bring back The Halton Spartans better than ever!

The Halton Spartans meant so much for so many people in what we believe is one of the greatest sports in the world!

Join us if any of the roles attached interest or even to just see where the club is aiming to go!

Players and coaches wanted for the journey from association to getting back into division 2!

To all players, supporters and sponsors, it is with deepest regret the Halton Spartans will not be competing in the NFC 1 Central this year. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to drop down to associate status. This means that the Halton Spartans will continue as a club and will be still be participating in scrimmages. Training will continue in this time as we will be recruiting new players and coaching staff to be ready to compete in the 2024 season.

I would like to take this time thank everyone for their support, both on and off the field and a big thanks to our club sponsors Mill Brow Snooker & Social Club - Free House The Welding Academy . We could not of done any of this without you and luck forward to everyone’s continued support.

Although we kicked off our preseason training on Sunday, we continue to recruit players for all positions.

Rookies and experienced players welcome.

Our preseason kicks off this Sunday from 10 am till 1pm at Rainhill High School.

Never has there been a better time to join us, as we make our preparations towards another season of division 1 football.

We have cheap subs (£120), great training facilities and even greater coaches so why not come and give us a try in the new year. Our first preseason session is open to rookie and experienced players.

2023 sees the return of Lewis O'Brien.
