You will not grow doing the same things you’ve always done.

This applies to all aspects in your life:

-Training. Don’t expect to change your physique cruising through your sessions pushing the same weight you did 2 years ago.

-Career. Don’t expect to be successful if you aren’t pushing the boundaries and putting in extra work.

-Financial. You can’t expect to earn more money if you aren’t willing to push outside your comfort zone to learn and develop.

Uncomfortable situations will lead to physical and mental growth as it acts as a dose of exposure to another level of work.

The more frequently you expose yourself to hard work and push through the barrier, the easier it becomes to do so in the future.

‘*Ego* - sometimes you got to know when to leave it at the door. I’ve been training for quite a long time. However when it comes to getting into peak shape I always go to my youngest brother for his advice and help. I shut up, listen and do exactly what he says and every time the results get better. Appreciate you bro ‘


It’s been a while since I last posted but I’ve got to repost this to show off all his hard work and what we had accomplished. I love it when he comes to me with new goals that he wants to achieve, we put a plan in place and we smash it every time!

Going all Molly-mae again but
We all have the same 24 hours 😂 no one person has more or less time than any other person… but when you say ‘’ I don’t have time’’ you are justifying your inaction on the premise that you can some how acquire, or ‘’make’’, more time… and if you had more time you’d act.

Are you in control of your day? Or is your day in control of you?

If you want to maximise valuable productivity over unproductive busy-ness, you have to be proactive.

One of the best ways I know to boost your proactivity… don’t start your day by consuming content you have no control over. This means no social or mainstream media for at least the first 30 mins of your day. Instead take time to journal, meditate or read.
