To the ladies chasing down their goals, don’t stop until you’re proud.

To the ladies living in self doubt, make yourself a priority because YOU matter.

We deserve it all, then some more.

Surround yourself with those who make you believe anything is possible. 🩷

Quiet the noises in your head and do it anyway.

The plan this morning was to run more than 5k.

This was my 6th run since my back op 11 weeks ago. My first run was 4 weeks ago where I managed 2k and I’ve not ran more than 5k since, so this was my aim today.

10k - 57.44 🙌

I felt comfortable the whole time. I could have continued and I could have pushed harder. That wasn’t the plan, but it’s good to know it’s there.

I’m embracing getting to move my body again but there’s no doubt in my mind that I won’t come back the fittest I ever been.

The more I do, the more my confidence builds, the more I want it. 🫡

Mum, business, me. Can you really be all 3?

When I prioritise Amelie, I’m asking for “me” time.
When I give myself “me” time I feel guilty.
When I’m working I feel like I don’t know when to switch off and go back to being mum?

I’m still new to mum life and very much learning on the go.
Time is going very quick, too quick. I didn’t have mat leave, so often think have I spent enough time just being a mum?

Then I remind myself of what’s being built behind the scenes at TF. The women I get to coach and the team/community I’m growing. I’m building Amelie’s future and she will see first hand what hard work looks like and what it gets you.

So how on earth am I meant to then make time for me, when juggling the two above is hard enough?
But then I remind myself, without a healthy, happy, driven, confident, ME, being the mum I want to be and the business owner i need to be to keep this all going would not be possible.

It all starts with me.

Prioritising me isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.

I want all 3 to work, so I make time for all 3.
Yes it can look messy, but not as messy as my house I don’t have time to clean. 🥲

It’s tough and it’s definitely not perfect, but letting one slip (which will of course be me) isn’t something I’m prepared to lose.

Sort your s**t out or settle.

After so many set backs I was sick of dwelling in my own pity.

We’re two months in to 2026, the year I promised myself I was leaving no stone unturned when I chase down my goals.

I’m a mum, business owner, wife and I’m far from perfect. Navigating this new life, making mistakes, some days I’m thriving sometimes I’m surviving.

But every single day my goals remain at the forefront of my mind. Because my goals don’t only benefit me, they benefit the people around me.

I said at the beginning of the year, I wanted to look back and not recognise the person I was in that moment, in terms of how I was feeling about myself, my mindset and attitude.

No crazy goals, no big events, no overwhelming pressure, just me showing up every day to prove to myself I can.
To do better and to be better.

It’s me v me, staying in my own lane, but settling for nothing less than what I deserve and what I work hard for.

I want to do something for ME. Something that doesn’t involve anyone or anything else.

Rach is a mum to two gorgeous girlies.
Working full time with a husband who works away a lot, it felt like everything was left down to her.

So what happens when you’re pretty much doing it all? you come last and it can very quickly spiral before you no longer recognise the person you’ve become.

Rach wanted to change. She wanted to feel like herself again. Drop body fat, get healthy and finally stop feeling selfish for wanting something just for herself.

Rach’s confidence was really low when we first began working together, so we started with home workouts. Workouts in the comfort of her own home, that she could navigate round her busy life.
But it wasn’t long before she was on the gym floor, training by herself in a busy gym and joining in on classes. She was far from the person who first reached out to me.

A lot of emphasis went on reminding Rach that it wasn’t selfish to put herself back at the top of that never ending list she was juggling. In fact, quite the opposite.
She became healthier, fitter, stronger, more confident, all these things her two girls were able to notice too.

It’s important that you lead by example and that means taking a look at your priorities and making you one of them.

Not just for you, but for those who benefit from a healthier and happier you.

Ending the week back out with my baba and our buggy. 💨

My 2nd go at a 5k this morning in 25.51. 2 mins shaved off Wednesdays run.

Time spent showing up, is paying off.
I’m feeling fitter, stronger and more confident.

I’m finding my spark again. ✨

It’s tough trying to juggle it all, but I’m proud I’m giving it a good go.

Don’t have a plan? Don’t expect progress.

We’re getting to that time of the year where I will discuss upcoming goals and expectations with my team.

For some the plan remains the same, for others it’ll be time to switch things up.
All depending on goals of course.

With summer not too far away, it’s time to take action now if fat loss is the goal.

If the sun was to shine tomorrow, would you be ready to bare your skin?

If you booked a last minute trip would you feel confident in a bikini?

If the answers no, then now is the time to do something about that because you know by now these changes don’t happen overnight.

I’m opening space for busy driven women, who are looking to drop body fat and feel the best they have EVER felt.

If you’re ready, so am I.
