So,

Today is a sad day in the history of Ford / Jaguar Land Rover Club.

We will be opening our doors tonight for the final time.

Tonight's New Year's Eve celebrations will be bittersweet for everyone involved.

We hope everyone attending tonight has a great night and enjoys celebrating with us for the last time.

It will be particularly sad for the people who are involved with the Club.

A big thank you goes out to the members who have supported us over the years. Without members the club wouldn't exist. We have members in all of our sections, members who use us recreationally during the week and a group of 50/60 members who are in every Saturday night no matter what type of band/act we have on.

Also a big thank you to our committee. Most of them have been on the committee for many years and do so voluntarily. They get the flack most of the time when things go wrong but fo a lot behind the scenes that people don't see.

But most of of all, the biggest thank you (and the most important people at the Club tonight) goes to the staff. It has been a hard couple of months for them with everything that has been going on. All the staff that haven't left and have stuck with us to the end will be in tonight. While everyone will be celebrating bringing in the New Year, our staff will no longer be in a job tomorrow.

So have a great time, get very merry and spend lots of money but please, please be respectful to our staff!!

Hopefully the future will be still be bright for the Club whatever happens next year.

So all that is left to say is goodbye and see you down the road.

**CUSTOMER NOTICE**

Just a quick post about arrangements for tomorrows New Year's Eve party.

The doors to our concert room will not be open until 7PM!

However, the forecast isn't great so our back function will be open and available for queuing from 5PM, but there will be no bar facilities available.

If anyone is driving then the gate will be locked overnight and only open on New Year's Day from 12pm - 5PM.

As you all will know, this is our last night so cars MUST be collected between these times!!

Hi everyone, please find below our Festive opening times.

We would like to see as many people as possible at this sad time for the Club so please comenand say hello in our last couple of weeks.

New Year's Eve tickets have completely SOLD OUT so thank you to everyone who bought one. We are sorry that everyone who wanted one to say goodbye on our last night didnt manage to do so.

On the three Saturdays before Christmas, we have fantastic live bands (check out our events section) plus our kitchen will be serving their festive buffet alongside their normal Saturday menu!
As shown in the poster, this menu must be booked at least 48 hours in advance at the club (cash or card) and for a minimum of 15 people.
We hope to see as many people as possible of the Christmas period to help us celebrate our last few weeks as Jaguar Land Rover Sports and Social Club.

**Customer Notice**

Our New Year's Eve entertainment has now been finalised and published.

On the night we have the amazing London Calling Online and a fantastic cabaret spot from our own Fast Eddie!

As this is unfortunately our last night and we are expecting it to sell out quickly, entry on the evening will be TICKET ONLY!!

Tickets will be officially on sale at the Club on Saturday 7th December at 2pm and are priced at £15 each. We can not reserve seats on the night, it will be a 'first come first served' basis so we recommend getting in early.

For anyone leaving cars overnight, the car park will be open 10am-3pm on New Year's Day for you to collect.

We have had a few enquiries about Boxing Day entertainment but we are CLOSED on Boxing Day. However, we will be open on Saturday 28th December with Nikki Summers Band performing on our very last Saturday night.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible before we close.
