This wasn’t just a transformation.

It was a full journey.

A journey of challenging behaviours, decisions, mindset, and energy.

If the shoe fits 🤷🏼‍♂️

If your coach says you don’t need a meal plan

they can’t be bothered building something bespoke around your actual life.

Your schedule. Your hunger. Your habits. That’s not coaching.

That’s laziness dressed up as a philosophy.

If your coach just keeps increasing your steps every time your results stall — that’s not individual coaching.

That’s an industry copy-paste. No thought for the fact you’ve got a job, kids, and a life that doesn’t revolve around hitting a daily step admin target.

If your goal is fat loss and your coach is programming more training than nutrition work — they genuinely have no clue.

Fat loss is 80% what you eat. Full stop.

If you scroll their page and can barely tell the difference between their before and afters — ask yourself honestly.

Are you paying for results, or are you paying for a rent-a-friend who makes you feel good about staying exactly where you are?

If your coach has never run a business, raised kids, dealt with extreme hunger, social pressure, stress eating, or time poverty —

how exactly are they coaching you through it?

They can read about it.

But they’ll never feel it.

And that gap shows up in your results.

And if your coach is still using any of these

— “balance your hormones”, “starvation mode”, “you need to do 10k steps” — I’m sorry, but they are not educated.

These are myths. Buzzwords.

Red flags wrapped in a PT qualification.

But I’d rather say the uncomfortable truth than watch people waste months of their life and their money

with a coach who’s winging it.

You deserve better than that.

She came to me doing what most people do.

Relying on motivation to get started.

Losing it.

Starting again.

Blaming herself every time it fell apart.

Classic yo-yo dieter not because she was lazy, not because she didn’t care, but because nobody had ever actually looked at why she kept failing.

That’s the difference between a plan and a coach.
A plan tells you what to eat.

A coach figures out why you can’t stick to it.

With her, the issue wasn’t discipline.

It wasn’t knowledge.

It was that she’d been sold this idea that food had to be exciting, creative, enjoyable in a specific way

and chasing that was the exact thing destroying her consistency.

The moment something felt restrictive or boring she’d spiral.

We stripped that back.

We stopped trying to make her diet something it didn’t need to be and focused on what actually matters managing her hunger,

keeping her energy stable, controlling her cravings so the decisions became easier.

Training was never her issue.

She’s always shown up for that.

It was the behaviours around food.

The mindset blocks.

The all-or-nothing thinking that had been running the show for years.

That’s what we worked on.

Not with a generic approach handed to everyone but by actually sitting down,

looking at her patterns, her lifestyle, where she specifically goes wrong,

and building something around that.

Voice notes.

Check-ins.

Problem solving together.

Adjusting when life happens.

That’s coaching.

And now she’s consistent.

Not perfect consistent.

Which in fat loss is everything.

Weight loss surgery failed her!

INSANE 12 weeks.

She had weight loss surgery 2.5 years ago.

Lost the weight.

And still couldn’t stop the binges.

Still couldn’t control the cravings.

Still couldn’t figure out why food felt like the enemy.

Because surgery doesn’t fix your relationship with food.

Neither does a jab.

Neither does cutting carbs, going clean, or eating 1200 calories forever.

They all do one thing - help you lose weight.

But you do not have a weight problem - you have a good problem

None of them teach you why you eat the way you do.
None of them give you structure that regulates hunger and energy.

None of them rewire the patterns that keep you stuck.

That’s the gap.

And it’s why so many people lose weight and still feel broken around food.

2 years post-surgery, frustrated, and finally ready to actually fix it.

The amazing absolutely smashed her photoshoot prep.

But here’s what this was really about.

She came to me performing around the world on cruise ships singing night after night,

living out of a suitcase, no control over her environment.

Her main issue?

Chronic bloating and gut health that she had zero idea how to manage.

And the thing is, she didn’t need me to tell her what healthy food was.

She already knew that.

What she needed was someone to actually look at HER life.

Her schedule.

Her reality.

Her triggers.

And make it make sense for that.

So that’s what we did.

We educated her on what was actually causing the bloat.

We built awareness around her decisions, not rules she had to follow.

We gave her control not a plan that fell apart the moment she boarded a ship.

And somewhere in that process she stopped just feeling better physically.

She started carrying herself differently.

Confidence went through the roof.

YOUR VERY BEST IS BEING ABLE TO TOLERATE WHERE YOUR MIND NORMALLY STOPS YOU!

First image on the left - Ian reached out to me, overweight and fed up.

He knew what to do but needed better accountability and was recommended to me for just that reason!

We got some amazing initial weight loss… and that’s where then the mindset of,

Feeling better but not done - validates the stopping mindset!

With that, people bury their heads,

Dieting becomes annoying

Sacrifice becomes a negative hole in the mindset

Time, life changes and again validates a mindset of, is it worth it!

The usual escape of food doesn’t exist in this stress - so there is no out.

Making it harder!

That’s where average stay!
Not just in physique but in every goal!

And that’s where the good coaches stand out!

How do I get to is person beyond where THEIR mind lets them!

We jumped on a call, and I ask a lot of questions, my goal, to break down the actually problem, not just what it seems or feels like!

Once I know the problem - that’s where the solution comes in and allows the client to think

“Oh, that will work yes”

A coach is not to tell you what you can google.. but to get the best out of you!

Ian connected with me on that, as a dad, husband and hard working man himself, and seeing my own physique work- he trusted in that!

He knew, that I know how to overcome life problems, so I could help him too!

You cannot see what you don’t know..

And Ian doubted he would have abs for the shoot goal we set!

But we aligned the target weight, and quickly realised we would go beyond it!

Once he started getting lean, his mindset changed, his vision and drive changed!

Now we do the work on managing then physique and moving to a health and optimising phase

The not dieting part hut keeping results, is where everyone ends up going backwards and is harder than dieting!

TONED!

Shauna came to me 6 weeks ago stuck.

Training 4-5x a week.

Eating well.

Working 12-hour shifts back to back as a hairdresser. Never had a coach.

Just grinding and going nowhere.

But here’s what most people don’t want to hear.

You can lose weight and still be making zero real progress.

The scales go down.

You feel like it’s working.

Then they creep back up.

Then you diet again.

Then they drop.

Then they creep back.

Same circles.

Same frustration.

Same point every single time.

Because weight loss alone is not the goal.

It never was.

The real conversation is fat to muscle ratio.
