For the first time in a long time I have some availability! Whether you want to boost your mental health, drop body fat, build muscle, improve general fitness or a bit of everything Sero-Toning fitness is the one for you! All sessions are tailored to your individual needs and I provide personalised nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals.

Sessions are done from my home gym in a totally private environment, ideal for people who are nervous about starting their fitness journey as you don't have to be in a commercial gym.

Training will involve HIIT training and circuits resistance/free weights training and boxing based cardio, heavy bag/pad work... making cardio more entertaining and less of a chore!! πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Š

I don't really need to say much here because the progress pictures speak for themselves but what a fu**in legend this women is! 6 months in, over 80 inches lost and over 7 stone down. On top of that she's getting stronger every session hitting a new PB today of 50kg on her RDL, core strength, mobility and flexibility all massively improving as well. Plus on top of all the amazing physical results she is mentally so much happier and that's what really matters ☺️. Well done Victoria Ryan

F**k your problems and f**k your excuses if you want something go out and get it! no one is gonna sort s**t out for you, you need to do it yourself! Take some accountability and change your life! Vicky is one of the busiest people I know plus she is in the middle of moving house yet she NEVER misses a session. Getting up at 5.30am to come in for an early morning workout. I guarantee you she doesn't wake up motivated when it's pi***ng down with rain and dark but It's not about motivation it's about commitment, dedication and consistency and if you really want to change your life then stop talking about it and back up your bulls**t and take action! πŸ’ͺ🏼 **kmotivation

A great display of defensive play today from both sides, tackle counts were of the chart!! Plenty of strong running with some fancy footwork on show. It’s always a pleasure hosting Crosfields, great set of kids, parents and coaches. Our boys continue to show improvement and grow in confidence each and every week and it really is great to watch - we couldn’t be more prouder.

At day 1 Mandy couldn't do 1 burpee, at day 1 Mandy was exhausted after 2 minutes of skipping. At day 160 Mandy does chest to floor burpees for fun, at day 160 Mandy skips for 6 minutes as a warm up before squatting 75% of her bodyweight for reps πŸ’ͺ🏽. Everyone has to start somewhere. Dont be concerned about what you CANT do, be proud of what you CAN do that you couldn't do last week! Progress takes time, but consistency will get you the results you want.
