Just for information, the range will be closed for the next two Saturdays, 5th September and 12th September, Both the 10mtr and 25yrd range, it will be back open on Saturday 19th September. The Thursday shoots will still be open as usual.. 👍

Good evening all,
Due to the extreme heat this week we have made the decision to close the club on Thursday 25th June as we are not going to be able to keep the room cool enough. We will be open as usual on Saturday.

Thanks to all who came too the shoot at targets and tins today
It was a great day the weather was great and the bbq was lovely
All who came had a good time and we have a new junior member going to attend young Lily who is now addicted to the sport
We have the range booked again for Sunday the 13th of September this time it will be a coffee or tea and a bacon roll for all who attend
Please add your name to the list on the clubs notice board if you want to come as it’s always the more the merrier

Hi everyone
Just to remind all that it’s only ten days until the bbq in Andover lots of people going but there is still room for others if they wish too add their names
Seem to be short of any Thursday morning members going

On a more serious note my health is not good at the moment and I will not be so involved in the club as I have been over the last ten years

I will be at the club on the 13th to run the range with Vickie but this may be the last time for a while
I will be at the bbq on the 14th

Hi all
It’s been a while since I last posted so here are a couple of updates
1, we have bought a Kral Puncher for the 25yd range it’s perfect for our junior members to shoot as it’s nice and short just need to get a sight and gun bag then we will be ready to go
2, we have two dates for our shoots at targets and tins this year
The first is on Sunday the 14th of June from 0930 to 1330 this is the bbq and it will be £25 per person this includes the days shooting and the bbq
The second date is Sunday the 13th of September the same time but £20 as no bbq
These days have always been great fun you will meet people who are members that shoot on other days at different times
The booking sheets are on the notice board at the club please sign up if you want to go to either shoot but if you want to go to the bbq there is a &5 non refundable deposit required please tick you’ve paid and put the cash InThe envelope in the cash tin it is already marked up for my attention
You may also pay it all if you wish

We are very pleased to welcome many new members and visitors to the club, resulting in maxed out ranges.

Please remember to book early to get your preferred slot on the ranges and, even more importantly, if you have a booking and cannot attend, inform us so that we can offer your slot to someone else.

Christmas 2026 closing to be confirmed at a later date.

It’s that time of the year again when we close the ranges to allow Santa to use them as temporary storage for his loot.

Our last session is on Saturday 20 December and we open up again as normal on Thursday 8 January 2026.

Thank you all for your support during 2025 and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2026 when we will be launching a new membership program with the membership year running from 1 January to 31 December. More on that soon.
