I’m a personal trainer and I absolutely love what I do. Or should that be run of the‘treadmill’? That’s just the way it is.

I’ve been working with clients for over 10 years and like to think my approach to training gives me a certain je ne sais quoi. One thing’s for certain…I’m not your average personal trainer and I don’t offer a run of the mill service. Either way, here’s a bit about me…
My Philosophy

Everybody’s different and every body is different. Whatever stage you’re at and wherever you hope to end up, I wan

t to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals. My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning, not ‘quick fixes’ and fads. I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support and resources to help them on their journey to a healthier life. I’m dedicated to making training fun, while concentrating on my clients’ goals and personalities. If you like Star Wars, we’ll have loads to talk about! If you don’t, that’s ok too (but you might have to do extra press-ups!). You’ll discover a new love of training in a caring and dynamic environment that best suits you and your individual mind-set. You’re the Captain
I’m no drill sergeant: I won’t be yelling at you until you break. Fitness is best when it’s fun! We’ll work together to discover what’s best for you: I can then support you through accessible online training or my flagship hybrid training. You will always be the captain of your journey and I will be your navigator. Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience as a fitness coach, personal trainer

Diploma in Advanced Personal Training

GP referral – I am qualified to work with special populations

On the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS LEVEL 3)

Full self liability insurance

Graduate of Coruscant Jedi Academy (I wish!)

Interests
I love my job, but there’s more to me than personal training. I like to think my interests make me interesting…and they give me something to talk about other than burpees and crunches…
