Life has enough battles as it is, without beating yourself up. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I've managed to fit my work out in today, it doesn't always happen though. And that's life! It doesn't make me a bad PT, its just being realistic. Oh and I'll probably have a beer tonight while I watch football. If you find that following a strict food program is interfering with your social life and stopping you from doing things you enjoy, then in my opinion, it's not worth it!! Life is a gift. Everyday.

Nothing f***s with my head more than the gyms being shut! I can't get my equipment through the house to train in my garden at the moment so have resorted to training on my driveway. Got a great 👍👍from a delivery driver so I know I'm smashing it!!
