Despite the sore feet and blisters the band completed our short walk from Thurso to Wick (23 miles/38km), stopping in various places for a wee tune 😊 Thank you to everyone that has donated and for those that would like to, it isn't to late to dig deep in your pockets, am sure any band member will happily accept your pennies to add to the total. Money raised is to help ensure we all look smart next season and have a hall to continue practising for years to come.

Time for the next challenge 😊 Be great to see some Stormy and Steth followers along the route!

🚶🏼‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️ Kilt Walk 🚶🏼‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️

Another day closer to our 23 mile sponsored walk. All money raised will go towards new uniforms and maintaining our instruments as the band continues to grow in numbers. We will have sponsor forms on the day if anyone would like to sponsor us during the walk.

We will be stopping in the following locations with a mini band performance:
⭐️Halkirk at Tanya Horne’s Dance Studio, approx 10:45
⭐️Watten behind the Brown Trout, approx 14:30
⭐️Haster on the grass in front of the houses facing the main road, approx 17:00
⭐️Milton on the grass in front of the houses facing the main road, approx 17:45

When we get back to Wick, the band will play through the street to the hall. We estimate this to be around 6:30pm

It would be great to see people in each village and in Wick to spur on the walkers!
