Building a foundation πͺπ§±

With pre season on the way itβs important we evaluate and analyse our from the season just gone.

No matter what sort of program we are about to embark on itβs imperative we build a strong foundation in order to build on.

and are our foundation for any sport. These exercises allow us to develop strength and robustness at the beginning, middle and end of a program.

We work within various on rep ranges and intensity levels in order to get the most out of these movements.
Doing so allows us to build strength and develop a solid base in which to build our program around.

Once we have established a base of strength and robustness itβs then we can add other aspects to the program such as improving endurance, increasing power output and work.
