Hard to know what to write but I have made the difficult decision to not carry on doing FTP Bike fit due to being offered a new opportunity to do what I love doing, working for Leisure Lakes Bikes managing my own store in Northampton opening November!

I have met some great riders, people and friends along the way since starting this venture but unfortunately the market is too unpredictable financially to plan for mine and my family's future which is the most important thing to me.

If you need any bike fit help, new MTB, road, gravel bikes come and see me in my store in Northampton.

Hope to see all past customers again somewhere on the road or in my store, I have appreciated the support massively from loyal customers and will forever be grateful to you.

Times are changing, the ever growing quest for value, cheapness, it will do one thing, drive online retailers to pinch more margin out of every product, less profit per item, they will struggle too, when everyone realises this it will be too late the small businesses will already be gone, and your left with a £5k + bike with sky high labour and service charges because that's all that survived.

Found it needed some serious love, new chain, cables, bar tape, brake pads, tyres abs tubes.
A thorough clean, set up everything perfectly and she was smooth as new again.
All for a fraction of any bike shop and done within 48 hours.

Wattbikes, Zwift bikes, Tacx neo bike are all incredible adjustable bikes to really maximise training if they are set up correctly.

You can see here the saddle was set too far back, reach too long, neck and shoulder issues, sitting this far back also switches off the glutes, we don't utilise the hamstrings fully and ultimately lose power.
FTP will do a thorough physical investigation and set you up in relation to your unique capabilities.
