Meet the team - Josh

Josh, this year marks his 7th year being a Personal Trainer at Flex!

He is a personal trainer, online/nutrition coach with tons of sport specific and general knowledge.

Josh loves his strength and conditioning work but outside of the gym you'll see him football training, at a football game or with his bulldog 🐕

Bit of motivation for you today - Judith is in her mid 70s and has been coming to Flex on and off for over 12 years! 💪

Her workouts cover all bases, but they always include a strong hit on the assault bike, stairmaster and skierg. 🫡

After her fitness is covered, she always performs resistance work mostly for her core and posture. 👍

She is a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and loves to help women get stronger in the gym. 💪

Jess loves her weights, but outside of the gym, you might see her at the theatre, head in a book or out walking with her dog 🐕

Charlie has been working at Flex for over 16 years!

He is a Personal Trainer with years of experience helping people of all ages and abilities reach their goals. 😁

Charlie is a new dad who loves weight training, running and any fitness work- and now that his daughter is nearly walking all of the above will be challenged chasing after her! 😭

Monday Motivation - Ellie’s transformation 👏

These photos say it all… a clear change in physique, confidence and overall shape.

She trained with weights 3-5 times a week, decent amount of cardio and tight nutrition.

She is client, followed his advice to a tee, but still had to do the hard graft herself.
