We would like everyone to welcome Jordan to the team!

Jordan has been working out at Flex since she was 16!

Training is her passion, and when asked what her hobbies are she said 'I have 3 kids I don't have time for hobbies! 😅'

She's a qualified level 2 instructor and halfway through her personal training course, so if you wanted a hand on how to use the equipment, give her a shout!

She will be personal training very soon so keep your eyes peeled!
