Yet again our Floating Sound & Savasana is fully booked for this month, but we’re launching the rest of the year very soon so you can book ahead 🙏🏼

Sunni is holding her annual Flower Farm retreat day on the 21st June and currently there at just 5 spots remaining, it’s always the best and most relaxing day.

There is so much to look forward to and we can’t wait to see you there!

We’re very excited to let you know that our wonderful Jess will be offering a a seasonal outdoor Yoga class for you to enjoy all summer long!

This class invites you to move with intention, build gentle heat and ground into the body.

Jess will take you through a steady vinyasa-style practice with mindful transitions, strength building holds while offering space to soften into the cooling evening air.

End the day feeling balanced, energised and deeply connected to yourself and the landscape around you.

As we come to the end of May, it’s easy to feel why Anjaneyasana was our pose of the month, inviting us to move forward with the rising energy of the season.

As spring blooms into summer and invites us to open our hearts to all the possibilities that await.

We invite you to embrace the strength and softness of Lord Hanuman and his Mother Anjana as you leap forward towards Summers glory.

Join us for this chilled evening of Pilates, Pizzas and good company! 🍕

We will begin with a Mat Pilates guided by , as always you can expect a focus on core strength, alignment and posture. The intention, to leave you feeling strong, energised and balanced.

After class, get comfy, grab yourself a slice or a few of Pizza and relax in a friendly space with good company.

Meet Ananda and get to know a little more about the services she offers with her team 👩🏼‍💼

Ananda is a clinical psychologist and one of the founders and directors of Aspire Autism Services Kent, who operate from our Wellbeing Centre.

Aspire Autism Services is dedicated to offering holistic and truly neuro-affirming autism and ADHD assessments.

Through her 18 years in the NHS, Ananda had the privilege of seeing how our understanding of neurodivergence has grown and evolved and that the needs for dedicated services are essential.

Ananda and the Team are keen for autism and ADHD assessments to be more than a clinical process that may or may not lead to a diagnosis.

They feel strongly that it should be a validating experience that helps people better understand themselves and their unique way of being in the world.
With this in mind, they carefully balance the need to provide a robust, NICE-compliant assessment protocol with a warm, holistic and neuroaffirmative perspective.

The aim is always to create a space where individuals and families feel heard, understood and supported to thrive in a world that is increasingly values different neurotypes.

Get to know Lara 🌻

You may know Lara from her Mum & Baby Yoga Classes or perhaps you have joined her for one of her more dynamic classes at Sunday Flow Club, no matter which class, you will have experienced her gentle guidance, support and calming energy.

Lara describes what you can expect in her classes, "students flow through simple yet delicious postures that are so beneficial in the modern day, always-connected world, freeing the body and mind of tightness and trapped prana (life force) via elongating the spine and opening the hips and heart."

You can join Lara here every Thursday at 10:45am for our donation based Gentle Yoga class and at 12:00 for Mum & Baby Yoga.
She also takes one Sunday Flow Club a month at 8:15am.

We strongly recommend booking in advance for our Donation based class as it is often full! You just need to reserve your spot online and you can decide when you get here what you wish to donate (if you can, it is not essential)

The promise of Spring is on the horizon, March gives us an opportunity to notice the gentle emergence of growth, new beginnings and light return 🌱

Our offerings this month move with the gentleness of this transition from our much loved regular events to a wonderful new opportunity for mothers to nourish and fill their own cups, lovingly curated by — definitely not to be missed as Steff has put so much thought into this 🫶🏼

AND & return to the Geodome for their Reiki Sound Baths, immersed in nature to be with the season.
Spaces for these sessions flew out before we even launched…. There is just 1 spot left for the 11am slot 👀

There is a slight change to Our Planetary Gong Baths usual schedule as will be travelling at the beginning of the month, instead you can join her on the 22nd March, which closes out our months Workshops and Events.

The last weekend of March has been fully booked for private events and workshops, which is why we’ve no offerings available to you— if you’ve been looking for something different to do with friends, an alternative way to celebrate a birthday or simply would love a bespoke offering, do email [email protected] and we can help you create your very own tailored private workshops ✨
