Rising Stars Youth FC was set up in 2014 and is based in Whitstable, Kent. We are very proud to have been awarded FA Charter Standard status during our inaugural season, and in May 2016 we won the Kent FA Charter Standard Club of the Year Award. This reflects our ongoing commitment to putting children at the centre of everything we do, and ensuring that they can develop football as well as life sk

ills in a safe and fun environment. The club provides weekly training sessions, friendlies, league fixtures and tournament games for children (boys and girls) from the age of 7. Playing across Kent in 5 leagues:

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗨9 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 💙⚽️

A fantastic home game full of determination, teamwork and some brilliant football from both sides. The team showed real character throughout, staying focused and growing into the game as it went on.

In attack, Harris and Morgan linked up well with Freddie getting on the scoresheet after some excellent determination. Albie also found the net with a well taken free kick, showing great quality in a key moment.

At the other end, Chester was busy in goal and made some excellent saves to keep the team in it when it mattered most.

A superb delivery from a Harper corner created the decisive moment, with Freddie striking home from close range to complete a brilliant team move.

🏅 Player of the Match goes to Harper — outstanding energy and work down the right-hand side, constantly driving the team forward, staying positive throughout and never stopping her effort.

Today we celebrate all the amazing Dads, Stepdads, Grandads, and father figures who are part of the Rising Stars FC family — from the touchlines of youth football to the pitches of our men’s teams.

🔵🟡 𝗨𝟭𝟮 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 | 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸

After a 4-week break, the U12 Blues returned for their final game of the season against Herne Hill Herons at the HBFC Stadium.

Despite the time away from matches, the boys still showed some great passages of football, especially in the first half, and kept battling right until the final whistle.

👏 Player of the Match, voted by the parents, went to Anthony, whose brilliant goalkeeping kept the team going throughout.

Strong performances also came from Dylan, Freddie, and Jude, who all put in solid shifts for the Risers.

To round off the day, both teams enjoyed a post-match penalty shootout… with the Risers coming out on top 🔵🟡⚽️

A lot of lessons, effort, and memories from this season — well done boys! 💙

As another season comes to a close, we’d like to say a huge thank you to the volunteers who make RISERS possible.

From coaches and committee members to welfare officers, team coordinators, referees, event helpers, kit sponsors and everyone who gives their time behind the scenes – thank you.

The sea of yellow and blue, the smiles, the trophies, the football and the memories created yesterday simply wouldn’t happen without you.

RISERS is built on volunteers, and we’re always looking for more people to get involved.

We have a number of volunteer opportunities available for next season, whether you can spare a few hours each month or would like to take on a larger role within the club.

Yesterday’s Presentation celebrated two teams at the top of the RISERS pathway.

⭐ U18 Yellow

Our senior youth players continue to lead by example, representing the badge with pride, commitment, and sportsmanship both on and off the pitch. Many of these lads have been together since the very beginning of their RISERS journey, making their progress and achievements even more special to witness.

One of the most special moments of our Presentation Day is recognising those players who have been chosen by either their teammates or their coaches.

The Players’ Player Award reflects the respect and admiration of teammates, while the Managers’ Player Award recognises commitment, attitude, development and contribution throughout the season.

Not everyone could be with us to collect their award, but those who were there were absolutely thrilled to receive them.
