Sharon’s transformation 👏🔥

Her commitment to training, nutrition and looking after herself has been unreal, the results speak for themselves 💪

Nearly 12kg down from where she started, now at her goal weight, stronger than she’s ever been in her life and following routines tailored specifically towards her goals.

Not long ago Sharon also became a nanny and she’s setting an incredible example to her two sons and granddaughter of what hard work, discipline and prioritising your health can achieve 👏

No crash dieting.

No “start again Monday” mentality.

Just structure, consistency and turning up week after week.

Training with intent.
Eating to fuel performance.
Learning habits that actually stick.

Yes, the scales dropping is a great feeling…
But the discipline, confidence and control built along the way? That’s the real win 💪

Laura’s progress has been unreal 👏

From 0 push-ups ➝ 12 solid reps in just a few months after walking into the gym for the first time ever 💪
That doesn’t happen by chance.

Proud moments like this never get old! 🤩

This is Oona, nearly a whole year into consistent strength training, gradually building confidence, strength and resilience. Progressing weights, moving better, fuelling her body well, keeping active and feeling the real day to day life benefits that come with it.

Recently her son came over from Ukraine, absolute pleasure to meet Lee and after seeing her progress, took the time to meet me personally and say thank you. He told me he’d tried for over 15 years to get her through the gym doors but it never quite clicked, until now.

That’s what good coaching should be.
No pressure. No ego. Just patience, trust, education and consistency.

Strength training at any age isn’t about chasing numbers, it’s about independence, confidence, longevity and quality of life. Oona’s putting the work in now and she’ll be reaping the benefits for years to come.
