You all know our wonderful Sophia who welcomes you each week with such warmth. Sophia and I first met when she brought her daughter Olivia to our baby classes years ago. Over the years we became friends and in more recent years she has joined the Squidgers team. She is brilliant at what she does and flys the Squidgers flag with such passion.
Today Olivia ,Sophia’s little girl, took part in the children’s cancer run, a charity which is very close to their hearts and supported them when Olivia was poorly. She smashed it!

And she’s done it — through the finish line like lightning…she has completed her run for Children’s Cancer North 🧡
The very charity that helped carry us through the darkest and most heartbreaking time of our lives. A charity that stood beside us when we were scared, overwhelmed and facing the unimaginable, and one that will forever hold such a special place in our hearts.
Watching Olivia cross that finish line today filled us with emotions I can’t even begin to explain. After everything she has been through in her little life, to now see her so determined to give back and help other children and families facing cancer makes me prouder than words could ever say. She truly is the bravest, kindest little soul.
