The smiles say it all.
yoga Nicola and I taught an acro workshop on Saturday.
I was so amazed and a little in awe of how everyone who came gave it their all, open to having a go at anything. Supporting and encouraging each other, catching each other when we fell and celebrating each other's successes - there was lots of cheering! 🥰 We sat and stood on our partners, took flight and went upside down.

Can't wait for the next one in Feb!

Baby Yoga and Baby Massage

For the last few months I've been working with in her baby classes and now that she's taken some, very well deserved, maternity leave I'm covering some of her classes with .

These classes are such a joy. Sarah is so creative and puts baby at the centre of the classes in her planning 🥰 the classes are full of baby led movement and imaginative sensory experiences for babies. The looks of awe and wonder in the faces of babies is just a delight, and the bonding time for parents and babies is beautiful.

I'm back!!
I've had quite a hiatus from teaching Yoga the last few months as I've been having treatment for breast cancer. I've been given the all clear now and whilst it's not been the easiest time, I feel so lucky that it was caught early, that it was treatable and that my journey has been relatively short.

Throughout, I've been very supported by the wonderful and my amazing family and friends . Also .yoga who have supported me, covering all my classes and letting me dip in and teach whenever I wanted to/felt up to it and encouraged me to rest when it was definitely needed🙏

I had expected to be off for 2 weeks in November, but actually only just got back to my full schedule of classes last week. Practising what I preach and listening to my body has been a challenge but it has been so so lovely to be back on the teaching mat!

My schedule at Shore Yoga looks a little different to when I went off:

6.15pm Yoga at the Watchouse

Wednesday
6.30am Sunrise at the Watchouse

Thursday
6.30pm Pregnancy Yoga
8pm Yoga for You

Friday
10am Mum and Movers
