Back to home workouts! To cold to train outside for me today so smashed a tabatta workout in the house! No excuses we just have to adapt to what we have ❤

Well what a year its been for our industry! Online classes, outdoor bootcamps, classes on, classes off...its certainly been a roller coaster but im.so greatful that my business has still been a huge success.

If you have supported me this year by attending a class, online training, pt, massage or just recommended me then thank you so much it means the world ❤

Ive enjoyed spending more time on myself this year and have been able to focus on my own training which has been great 🙌🏼
