Thank you to all of you who have been coming along to Powerhoop for the last 4 or 5 months. It's been good fun!

Due to another commitment next Thursday, I'm afraid that tonight's Powerhoop class will be the last session. (For now, not forever!)

Looking forward to seeing those of you who have booked on for tonight.

My new class -Clubbercise Combat + Tone starts Thursday 7th March 6.15pm-7pm, so hopefully lots of you can come to that while Powerhoop takes a break ❤

🤔What is Clubbercise Combat + Tone? :-

Combat+Tone is for people who prefer less dance-based workouts and more punching, kicking, jumping, squatting and lunging! Like Clubbercise, it's taught in a darkened room with glow sticks and set to a soundtrack of the biggest club anthems from the 90s to the latest hits. Come along and give it a go!

Happy Valentines Day my lovely Powerhoop crew, past and present! Thank you to every one of you who have come along, especially over the last four or five months ❤

📢📢📢I wanted to let you know that Powerhoop at Whitfield will be taking a break soon. However, we will be on as normal on Thursday 22nd and Thursday 29th February so please do make the most of these two sessions and come along to join me!!

Thursdays will temporarily be replaced by another class at Whitfield....to be announced soon....
