What a relief to finally welcome in the lighter nights with the clocks changing at the weekend - especially when you look at the weather forecast for the week ahead ☀️☀️☀️
With the arrival of April tomorrow, we’ve decided to tweak our timetable with a brand new class…. we know how much you love Monday’s Triple Lift Lean so we’ve replicated this winning formula to bring you an extra Triple Lift Lean on Thursdays too! That word “Extra” has been carefully chosen as you’ll be targeting those arms, legs, bums and tums with equipment you’re already familiar with (resistance bands, kettle bells and hand weights) - but in a different way! A great opportunity to get summer-body-ready by lifting lean on Mondays AND Thursdays 💪
Don’t wait until Thursday to kick off your fitness week - come and join us at tonight’s sessions:
❤️ Triple Lift Lean at 5:45 pm: Focus on strength and muscle tone by lifting weights. Building muscle not only helps you feel stronger but also boosts your metabolism, making it easier to burn calories!
❤️ Fitness Pilates Intervals at 6:40 pm: A session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and core strength. It’s also a great way to clear your mind and get focus.
Both classes are amazing on their own, but doing both will give you the ultimate full-body workout!
