From Mama Life to Motivating Lives!
I’m Chloe — a proud mama with a passion for helping people become the strongest, happiest version of themselves. I thrive off encouraging others to push beyond their comfort zones, believe in themselves, and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Fitness and coaching have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve always had a love for health, movement, and supporting others, and now I want to use that passion to empower people to improve their wellbeing overall — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Although I’m especially passionate about empowering women to grow in confidence and prioritise themselves, men are absolutely welcome too. My coaching is for anyone ready to improve their lifestyle, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves.
I’ve also taken part in boxing charity events, which showed me how fitness can be fun, empowering, and motivating. That’s why I love bringing energy, enjoyment, and variety into my personal training sessions.
