After spending only five miniutes with this lifter, I reduced his chances of injury significantly and helped him target the correct muscles that should be engaged during the exercise.

While in the gym I come across many ifters that need just a little bit of help. This is the before video. While observing his deadlift I notliced a major curvature of the spine. This could have caused slipped disks and may have trapped nerves if this contiued.

Be Careful!

Although this company is my favourite clothing company, be cautious when performing exercises in your trainers.

Many people don’t realise that the footwear you wear may cause imbalances in your lift.

For example;

Performing a squat in this footwear will add nearly an inch to your heels height, meaning that you are actually at a tilt when performing the exercise, causing your muscles to strengthen incorrectly!!!!!

But that’s the least of your worries with this footwear!!

Depending on how old and worn your trainers are, or how much your lifting... you may burst the bubbles when your lifting... and with weigh on your shoulders.. you don’t want to loose your footing.

So I would recommend that you lift in your socks.. but if your feet stink.. get some lifting shoes!

Iv been personal training for a long time now, helping people achieve their goals and progress to next levels of training. I don’t ask for reviews or ask for transformation pictures, I barley video sessions.. I can’t say I’m too good with social media. I tend to spend time on my clients. But I will say one thing. Concentrating on my clients has influenced them to describe my business better than I could. With this being my favourite review so far.

So, you have your resolution...

You have your gym membership!

You've got your new gym clothes and water bottle...

You get to the gym...

No what?...

What do you do?

You hit the treadmill for 15 minutes, then the rowing machine for 5 minutes.. then go do a few bicep curls and go home..

The same thing the next day.. then at the end of the week.. your bored and want to go out drinking...

"Oh well.. I could always get in shape 2019"...

STOP!
