As you have probably all heard by now the gym facility will be closed due to government guidelines until further instructions are provided.

Philips Gym - Coronavirus Update

The S&C program is open and will be running on the normal schedule.

Athletes that display the following symptoms are requested to refrain from training:

🔴 Continuous cough

🔴 High temperature or fever

🔴 Shortness of breath

The health and safety of our athletes is the number one priority and staff are continuously working to ensure the training environment is safe.

*If you wish to attend any of our sessions please contact Nick prior as there will be a max gym capacity.

Should the situation change I will update accordingly.
