This is a shout out to players in the area. We are a league comprising a number of clubs, and most are looking for new players to play inter-club matches competitively, especially ladies. Clubs play on various nights of the week at different venues, with social play as well as match play - details can be found here https://whitefieldbadminton.co.uk/clubs Should anyone be interested, please contact clubs directly.
And just to add - if there are any clubs out there already who are interested in joining, please just drop us a line. All leagues are mixed, so teams need to comprise 3 ladies and 3 men.

It's been a long time since we posted, but we're really hoping to get back up and running in September. We've contacted all clubs to this effect, but this is a shout out to any other clubs or groups out there who'd like to join for some good, competitive badminton in the Whitefield area. Teams comprise of 3 ladies and 3 men, with each player involved in 6 games of doubles each match. If anyone is interested, please drop us a message........

In light of today’s Government advice, we have no choice but to suspend the League with immediate effect. Given the fluidity of the current situation, we can’t offer any more information at the moment, but we will continue to update Clubs as events progress. Once things return to normal we will decide as a League (Committee and Clubs) on the best course of action.

We have so many summer clubs this year you can literally play badminton every night of the week!

Tuesdays
Middleton - 8:00pm Heywood Leisure Centre £5
Roe Green - 7:30pm Walkden Congretational Church £5 (Don't use Church Car Park)

Wednesdays
Forrest - 8:00pm Bolton Arena £5
Heys - 8:00pm Castlebrook High School £5
Roe Green - 7:30pm Walkden Congretational Church £5 (Don't use Church Car Park)
Shawclough - 8:00pm Oulder Hill School (Rochdale OL11 5FF) £5
