FULL DAY OF EATING: CLIENT EDITION

Here’s a full day of eating from one of my clients proving that you don’t have to eat bland foods or cut out carbs, even if you want to lose fat.

If you want to lose weight successfully you seriously need to be enjoying the foods that you’re eating!

Here’s what she has to say:
ā€œChanging my food choices, increasing my protein intake and making sure I’m drinking plenty of water has given me so much more energy and I no longer suffer with bloating or feeling sluggish throughout the day. It’s been surprisingly easy to do with Sophie’s guidance and I feel the best that I have done in such a long time!ā€

Food Deets:
Breakfast: Omelette with turkey rashers & smashed avo on sourdough and some grapes
Lunch: Sweet chilli salmon with rice & veg
Dinner: Chicken orzo with veg
Snack: Protein yogurt bowl with mixed berries

Total protein intake: 138g

1/12 done āœ…

How did your January go?

Did you achieve everything you set out to?

By the end of January most of you who have set goals or resolutions will have already given up or are thinking about giving up.

If the start of the year didn’t quite go as planned, don’t worry, you haven’t failed.

Take some time to reflect…
- What went well?
- What were your biggest wins?
- What didn’t go so well?
- What would you like to improve on?
- What changes would you like to make?

Remember, there’s still another 11 months left of the year for you to improve, progress, and achieve everything you set out to.

So what’s it going to be?

Are you once again going to write the rest of the year off and wait until the next new year?

Or are you going to make a commitment to yourself and work on making those changes right now?

The choice is yours…

Two weeks in and already the start of week three in January!

Hopefully you’ve been smashing your new year goals & resolutions.

But if you haven’t, don’t be so hard on yourself; it’s quite normal.

When starting something new, the first few weeks can be a struggle.

It’s a change, it’s unfamiliar and it’s outside of your comfort zone.

One piece of advice that will make it easier to stick to your goals and resolutions is to make sure that they are realistic and that what you’re doing to reach them is something you can see yourself doing long term.

If not, remember, it’s the smallest habits that have the biggest impact šŸ’«
