From the outset, John set achievable goals, tailored workouts, and built my confidence, strength, and knowledge in exercise and food. In the gym, he creates a light-hearted, fun atmosphere while still getting the work done. The time flies by in each gym session with his fresh approach to lifting and conditioning training that has proven fantastic results.
I joined King Fitness overweight, stressed, and deflated, alongside suffering from a degenerative lower back issue. In 6 months I've lost 42lb, my shape has changed, I am fitter, stronger, and a lot more confident carrying out day-to-day tasks with regards to my back which is now better protected with stronger surrounding muscles. All thanks to John's expertise and understanding. I am a lot more knowledgeable on food, stress eating/drinking, and I feel in control.
