The 1st XI have competed well in the top tier of Shropshire cricket this season and currently sit 6th in the Premier Division. With one match remaining, the team will be aiming to finish the campaign strongly and continue building momentum for next season.

With one game remaining, the team will be looking to finish an excellent campaign on a high and secure a deserved runners-up spot.

In the Shropshire Cricket Board Under 17 T20 County Cup Final, Quatt CC won the toss and elected to bat, posting 135/8 from their 20 overs.

Whitchurch's bowlers worked hard to keep Quatt in check, but despite a determined effort in reply, the chase never quite gained momentum and the side were bowled out for 85, finishing as County Cup runners-up after an excellent cup run. 👏🏏

🏏 The 𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘 weekend of the season is here, and there's still everything to play for as our teams battle for league positions and cup glory.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆:

🔥 The local derby sees our 1st XI travel to Wem CC, with just one place separating the sides as Wem sit 5th and Whitchurch 6th in the Premier Division.

💪 Our 2nd XI host league leaders Condover CC, with a tough test ahead and valuable Division 3 points on the line.

𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄:

✅ Our 3rd XI travel to Allscott Heath, who currently sit 8th in the Sunday 3rd Division, as Whitchurch look to strengthen their position.

🏆 Our U17s take on Quatt CC in the 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝗧20 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 after a fantastic semi-final 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 over Sentinel CC last Monday.

Local bragging rights, league points, cup glory, and club pride are all on the line this weekend. Good luck to all our players, captains and supporters as we look to finish the season strong.
