Our AGM and Awards night was held at Cardiff Arms Park last night with a great turnout 👏🏻
Before announcing our Award Winners, the Club wishes to express it’s gratitude to David Kirtley, who has decided to step down as Chairman.
David has put in tireless amounts of work during his tenure, and navigated the club incredibly throughout the Pandemic, a task no Chairman has had to contend with before!
We have one of the biggest All-Stars programmes in the UK, for the first time this year we had a Senior Womens side form and played games with more plans to grow W&G Cricket well underway, just two examples of how the club has developed with David at the helm
Having done this, and much more with a young family, new job, coaching and getting to play a bit himself, It is simply incredible just how much he has done for the club over the last 3 years.
David will remain active on the committee, as well as coaching and playing. A successor will be named in due course.
