Big news alert 🚨 I’ve made the decision not to continue with Sea Swim Yorkshire ⛔️

As the spring of 2025 is awakening, I’ve really been giving a lot of thought into what I want out of my time.
Over the past 4 summers I’ve had the pleasure of seeing so many of you make your first splashes into your open water journey, be it long distance swimming or enjoying the health benefits of safely dipping in the cool waters of the Yorkshire coast.
Now though it’s time for me to step away from Sea Swim Yorkshire and regain a little of my time to spend it with my amazing yet aging father (91 years young) and hopefully have more adventures with my wonderful hubby and dogs.

Thank you everyone who has supported me along the way especially
Swim long, swim strong, swim safe and enjoy 🏊‍♀️

Another new and wonderful experience today 🙏. Before my sauna session this afternoon at Falling Foss I enjoyed my first Chi Gong session , an enriching, soothing, grounding session led by the wonderful Sam in the woodland by the stream.
Whitby Well Being has so many wonderful experiences to offer , not just the wonderful trailer and tent saunas 🔥but also storytelling , foraging ,breath work sessions and full day experiences such as their Sweat lodges 🔥🍃🧘‍♀️🙏🌿💦. Highly recommend to any of my Yorkshire friends.
