LOVELY DAY FOR A WORKOUT 🌝💪
I made the barbell out of a steel 7ft scaffolding tube. The weights made from concrete feels pretty heavy and worked great!
●HEAVYBAG WORK 5 × 1min rounds. 5 × 2 mins rounds (For fitness I'm not a boxer!) Training to focus in keeping my guard up.

●TRX row pulls × 4 Sets
●TRX Single Arm Rows With Rotations × 4 Sets
●Barbell Bent Over Rows × 4 Sets
●Straight Arm Lat Pulldown × 4 Sets
