I chose the name VVV Fitness, short for veni vidi vici which is Latin for I came, I saw, I conquered.

I think the name is fitting as hopefully my clients will conquer their fitness goals!

LOVELY DAY FOR A WORKOUT 🌝💪

I made the barbell out of a steel 7ft scaffolding tube. The weights made from concrete feels pretty heavy and worked great!

●HEAVYBAG WORK 5 × 1min rounds. 5 × 2 mins rounds (For fitness I'm not a boxer!) Training to focus in keeping my guard up.
ALL REPETITIONS TO FAILURE.

●Pull Ups × 4 Sets

●TRX row pulls × 4 Sets

●TRX Single Arm Rows With Rotations × 4 Sets

●Barbell Bent Over Rows × 4 Sets

●Straight Arm Lat Pulldown × 4 Sets

Another weird and wonderful workout at the Wilsons allotment😆
Having To be creative with weights currently making some out of concrete which will be posted when completed.
Bit wobbly on the trx's still!

DO 4 SETS OF EACH EXERCISE, REPS UNTIL FAILURE!

● Bench Press. Slow on the negative phase, then fire on the upward phase.

●TRX Flies.

● Incline Push Ups With Altwrnating Grip.

●Tricep Push Down.

● Close Grip Bench Press.

STAY SAFE, STAY ACTIVE!

Creative leg workout using my scaffolding gym and a TRX first time really using the TRX but good bit of kit ! 💪
●Squats using steel 7ft scaffolding tube. 4sets, until failure.

●TRX Floating lunge/kneedrive 4sets per on, until failure both on

●TRX Pistol squats 4sets until failure.

●Forward Lunges using 7ft scaffolding tube.
4sets until failure.

●TRX Hamstring curls 4 sets until failure.

NO WEIGHTS? NO WORRIES!

A leg workout using a bag full of bricks, broken blocks and dumbbells shown on the first video, And a bucket with the same. The scale said the bag weighed 55kg and bucket 18kg I don't know how accurate that is though.

It was a bit windy and running trainers weren't the best choice for balance..

4 Sets per exercise and repetition go to failure.

EXERCISE 1● Squats with weighted bag on back and bucket held infront.

EXERCISE 2● Pistol squats onto a bench/seat.

EXERCISE 3● Romanian Deadlifts with weighted bag.

EXERCISE 4● Calf Raises with weighted bag

EXERCISE 5● Forward lunges with bag. Supersetted with box jumps without weighted bag

Here's a good little exercise if you want to get those biceps popping. Cable hammer curls with the rope.

Here's a chest/triceps workout if you're a regular gym user and fancy something a little different and challenging with a few staple exercises in there. I've attached demonstration video's to show each exercise incase you aren't sure on some of the exercises.

Exercise #1: press ups 5 stages with various grips and stages on Smith machine 10 repetitions on each stage = 50 repetitions.

Exercise #2: Incline Dumbbell chest press 4 sets going for 8-12 repetitions.

Exercise #3 isometric wipers supersetted with clock pushups 3 sets repetitions until failure on both exercises.

Exercise #4 chest press 4 sets working at 8-12 repetitions.

Exercise #5 cable flies go for 4 sets at 8-12 repetitions.

Exercise #6 Tricep pushdowns 4 sets 8-12 repetitions.

Exercise #7 Close grip bench press 4 sets 8-12 repetitions.
