Who says you're too old to learn a new skill? 🤣🛼

From Day 1 finding his feet to Day 6 actually looking like he knows what he's doing… Steve's roller skating journey is coming along nicely! 😂

And it's not just good fun — roller skating is a fantastic workout too. It gets your heart rate up, burns plenty of calories and works your legs, glutes and core, while helping improve balance, coordination and stability.

Proof that being in your 50s doesn't mean you have to stop learning new things… although staying upright is still a work in progress! 🤣🛼

I do love paddleboarding.. but getting back on the board, hmm I do seem struggle 🤣😆. Definitely need more practice on falling off & getting back on.
