Pausing at the easiest point of the exercise, too much momentum, bouncing out of the bottom of each rep..... if you do all this your literally training at around 25% effort of what you could actually be putting into that hour in the Gym even if you think your throwing 'heavy' weights around.

Then theres the folks following that old saying "dont work harder, work smarter"..... scrap that aswell..... "work smarter and harder" and then you will see fast results 💯

To the untrained eye you can see people doing exercises such as bench press, shoulder press, seated row etc and although the weight is moving from A to B they aren't actually engaging the target muscle.

Angles, depths, grip can all change the same exercise you see people doing around you in every Gym..... in my short time at Pure Gym I observed some shocking form from clients on PT and you hear the personal trainer still saying "just 3 more"..... 3 more wrong reps 🤔🤔

When you are in the Gym for roughly 1 hour 3-4 times a week, you want to make the most of each session and break down that target muscle as best you can. Hit it right and the transformation in your body will be so much faster and so much more noticeable with a more balanced physique.

Book in for some Personal Training sessions and see the difference for yourself.

After a few years away from the industry so to speak, I've decided it's time to get back to what I do and do it full-time.

What can I offer??..... EXPERIENCE, with over 20 years training experience, having worked for some of the Biggest supplement companies, worked with literally one of the top ranked Bodybuilding coaches in the World(as well as others in my Bodybuilding career), being a competitive bodybuilder myself, aswell as owning my own Gym for over 10 years..... I literally walk and breathe Bodybuilding and my physique shows it year round even when I am completely off plan.

Experience is something that cant be bought, it is earned only through time...... and now I feel it's time to pass it on and show you exactly what you can do if you are willing to work for it.

Nothing fancy, back to basics, doing what works.
