Rhys and Stephen both won at the weekend 🥇🥇

Rhys navigated the early stage of his match well and got to a strong guard and ultimately finishing position against another decent blue belt 💯

Stephen went through his positions well and battled through some tough spots to win his bracket 📈

Huge thanks to who had his match down Manchester on the Sat then drove back as fast as he could (never exceeding 70mph) to coach Stephen to victory on the Sunday ❤️

Massive well done to who earned this Gi the hard way 😅

He’s the winner of our January competition. Whoever did the most 5 minute rounds won a Gi 🥋🥋

George decided to spoil to fun for everyone and do 89 rounds just to make sure it wasn’t even close.

That’s 445 minutes of rolling.

Congrats 🔥 you can now go back home to your family

(Yes we’re aware it’s March, it takes time to source the finest Gi that money can buy)

Robbie got countered early with a big shot and his opponent followed up well with punches. Not ideal but Robbie’s doing well and will be back in no time 👌

Henry had a really competitive match which was great. He managed to secure the winning position in the third round 🔥

Many thanks to who have been working with Henry on his strength and conditioning and also to who Henry has been working with weekly along with other top NE MMA athletes.
